Shipment processing time

Processing time is 2-4 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free shipping for all orders worldwide

Estimated delivery time within the United States: 3-8 business days, and elsewhere: 6-12 business days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours have passed, cancellation will not be possible. Please notify us at contact@julesniguez.com

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please email us within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
