We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For Tangible Products
Please note that our return policy does not cover return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item & a restocking fee that is associated with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep the original packaging and any documentation that came with your order to facilitate the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For Digital Products

If, within 30 days of delivery, you believe the song does not reasonably reflect the details you provided or there was a clear issue with production, you may request a review for a refund.
Because this is a custom, made-to-order service, refunds do not apply to:
- changes of mind after delivery
- personal taste or subjective preferences
- requests made after the song has been shared or used
- incomplete or unclear instructions provided at checkout
Refund requests are reviewed in good faith.
If something genuinely went wrong, we’ll make it right.
